Once goods reach India, fixing a quality problem is slow and expensive. Inspecting at the factory, before the final payment and before loading, is the simplest way to protect your money.

Our inspectors visit the factory, check the goods against your approved sample and order details, and share clear photos and a written report. You decide whether the order ships, gets reworked or needs a discount.

Questions about inspection

Yes. Share the supplier’s details and the order information, and we will arrange the inspection with them.

Most clients choose a pre-shipment inspection when at least 80% of the goods are packed. For new suppliers we also suggest a check during production.

You decide. Usually the factory reworks or replaces the faulty goods and we re-check them. Sometimes a price reduction is agreed instead.

Usually within one working day of the visit, with photos shared on WhatsApp the same day.
