It depends on the product. Sourcing and samples usually take one to three weeks, production two to five weeks, and shipping about one to six weeks depending on sea or air.

We give you a timeline for your order with the quote.

Yes. Many clients start with a trial order. We can also combine your goods with other shipments to keep freight costs reasonable.

No. We handle supplier visits, inspections and loading for you and share photos and reports. If you want to visit factories or trade fairs, we can help plan the trip.

Commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading or airway bill, plus customs documents in India. For DDP orders we take care of the customs paperwork for you.
